Shipping & returns
Welcome to Dermal Store LLC!
We carry a large stock of the most popular aesthetic products in our warehouse, enabling us to service and ship your order the same day your account is approved. Account approval takes a maximum of 3 working days.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 CET will be shipped the same day.
- Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 CET will be shipped the following working day.
- Friday Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Backorders
If any products from your order are not in stock, dispatch will typically occur 3-6 working days later, unless otherwise informed.
Courier, Tracking, and Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order from our warehouse to your destination.
- DHL Express: All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery within 1-3 days from shipping.
- EMS/Postal Service: For orders to North America and China. Delivery within 4-8 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly stated for approval at checkout. As the importer, you are responsible for any local import duties or taxes applicable at your country’s border.
Product Shelf Life
Most products shipped will have a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life. Exceptions will be communicated before shipment.
Payment
We will not withdraw payment for any goods until the day they are shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery Address
Dermal Store LLC is not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers or changes made during transit.
Warehouse Pickup
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders directly from our warehouse in Copenhagen.
Lost Parcels and Delayed Shipments
The maximum delivery time within the EU and the USA is sixty (60) working days. However, it is rare for deliveries to take more than 1-3 working days in Europe and 4-8 working days in North America. If a package is delayed or misses a scan, we will start a case with our forwarders, but cannot resend or refund a package until after the sixty (60) working days.
Customs and Seized Goods
Customers are responsible for knowing the rules and regulations of their country. If a package is stopped in customs, contact your local customs office to release the package or have it returned to us. We will refund the value of the returned products once received. We do not take responsibility for seized goods.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 8 working days from receipt if:
- The product contains manufacturing defects
- The product was damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was received
We will arrange for pickup and offer either a replacement or a 100% refund of the returned products. No returns will be accepted after 8 days. Please hold the products according to the manufacturer’s temperature and storage conditions until you receive return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds may take up to 29 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank to expedite the process.
